As a performance physical therapist in Alexandria, VA, Dr. Kristen Lattimore optimizes patient performance, quality of life, and health and fitness. As a performance physical therapist and track and field specialist, she helps patients regain strength, mobility, and perform at the top of their game to reach their goals.

Kristen is originally from North Carolina where she received her Bachelor’s in Sports and Exercise Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from East Carolina University.

While working toward her undergraduate degree in North Carolina, Kristen worked as an assistant track coach at a local high school emphasizing long and triple jumps, relay hand-offs, and sprint starts. During this time her interests in instructing athletes, developing their fitness, and optimizing their outcomes grew.

Clients often hear Kristen say, “So what’s next?” as she endeavors to assist her clients in their pursuit of constant improvement. Whether it be achieving a personal best in lifting or running or making small changes in eating habits she loves to see her patients make consistent changes that better their lives.

In her other role as Clinic Manager at SPARK, Kristen endeavors to assist clients with any questions or concerns so they can focus on their personal fitness, well-being, and overall improvement goals.
