Dr. Carlos J. Berio is among the most highly trained Physical Therapy Professionals in the Metro D.C.
region. He has been working with clients across a very wide spectrum of health and fitness levels since
1998. Carlos earned his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology from the University of Maryland at College Park
and subsequently earned his Master's Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from the George Washington
University. His education is rounded out by a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy with which he uses his
skills to get his clients to reach pain free maximal performance.
Carlos' passions lie in the attaining of client rehab goals and the highest level of performance possible. Because of his attention to detail, unique treatment style and priority on one-on-one care his clients move without pain and undergo amazing transformations in their physical condition. However, Carlos derives the most satisfaction from the realization that his clients become highly educated in the technical aspects of their body and how the entire "chain" functions as a whole.
As Executive Director, Carlos aspires to develop and retain the most highly trained staff of Physical Medicine, Sports Physical Therapy and Personal Fitness Professionals in northern Virginia.

Performance Physical Therapist / Running Performance Specialist
Ivy Roe received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from The George Washington University. She hails from North Dakota where she received her Bachelor’s in Exercise Science from the University of Mary.
While attending undergraduate school in North Dakota, she competed
in cross-country and track and field while pursuing her interests in working with the active population by learning the foundations of
exercise science.
She is an avid runner who has a strong interest in working with the running population, whether it’s achieving a personal record or taking
the first step towards joining the running community. She strives to guide all of her clients to achieve their
best selves because of her belief in having a balanced life including being active and healthy.
Ivy is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association as well as a section member of the Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy sections.

and fitness professional. He has treated high school, collegiate, recreational, and professional athletes of various sports including basketball, baseball, boxing, football, golf, martial arts, soccer,
tennis, and track and field.
In addition, he has experience in the in-patient neurological rehabilitative and acute care settings. Mike is a former
NCAA athlete, a Hall of Fame Kettlebell Beast Tamer, and an avid
power lifting and martial arts enthusiast.
