SPARK’s Strength and Conditioning coach Bailey Colson is from Pennsylvania and graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. He then continued his education there and obtained a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. Bailey served in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard for six years during and after college.
Bailey is highly qualified for working with youth and college level athletes across all manner of sporting backgrounds. His strength and conditioning education was rounded out with professional internships at two Division 1 universities. In undergrad, he worked at Lehigh University where he helped their football team and other assigned sports develop athletic power and speed. For his graduate internship at the University of Central Florida, he worked with the olympic sports teams. Additionally, Bailey has experience at the highschool level, serving as the lead strength and conditioning coach at East Stroudsburg South High School.
